A-Team Edventures Limited (ATE) is a fast growing, Hong Kong-based outdoor education organisation. The core business is providing highly professional, quality outdoor education programs and leadership camps to international and local schools and universities. These programs are designed to connect participants with the natural surroundings and teach them transferable life skills, as well as reinforce classroom curriculum links with real-world experience. ATE has two recreational businesses divisions, Surf Hong Kong and Kayak Hong Kong. All operate under our “Culture of Safety” cardinal principle.
Surf Hong Kong is one of the foremost watersports facilities in Hong Kong, offering rentals, kayak tours, kid’s adventure camps and outdoor programs for individuals to large school groups. SHK offers surfing, SUP, kayaking, canyoning, slack-lining, camping and more.
Kayak Hong Kong is a sea kayak training and tour operator, where locals and tourists alike can learn everything from basic sea kayaking skills to rescue and self-rescue to surf kayaking. Eco-adventure tours run from several locations in Hong Kong, encompassing paddle and snorkel trips, night paddles and overnight trips.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to see a task through to completion, whatever the obstacles and come to the table with solutions. Because of the changeable nature of outdoor work, a candidate should have the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and demonstrate a flexible attitude, as well as a recognition of the needs of other staff, clients, teachers and children.
